Dabeli is a pav That is stuffed with a sweet, spicy and tangy potato preparation. There is very local street food and we can found it very easily and it's very cheap in price. It can garnish with sing, Chopped onions, Coriander and pomegranate. Its a popular street food from Gujarat. It is typical Authentic Dish From Gujrat. It's served with sweet chutney and ketchup



How to make Potato Mixture: 


Ingredients: 

  • Potato 
  • Sing 
  • Pav
  • salt
  • Turmeric powder 
  • Red chilly powder 
  • Dry Coriander 
  • Dabeli Masala 
  • Green chilly
  • Fresh green coriander 
  • cumin seeds

Procedure : Take a deep pan. Put oil in it. After hot it add cumin seeds and green chilly into the Oil. Then after add boiled mashed potatoes  in to the pan. Add salt, turmeric powder (Little bit), Red chilly powder, gram masala, Dabeli Masala and fresh coriander. After mix it very well and properly. Your Dabeli Allu Mixture is ready. 



How to make Green Chutney: 


Ingredients:


  • Garlic cloves
  • Green chilli
  • Fresh Coriander 
  • Salt
  • Ginger 



Process :   Take an Mixer Grinder Jar. Put the coriander, green chilly, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, and little bit water. Grind it well. Its consistency like an purey, 



Method :   Take an one pinch Butter put on Tava. Take an pav cut from between then Apply Green chutney like a one layer in the both sides . You can also apply garlic chutney/Sweet chutney/Tamarind chutney but its not mandatory it is optional. Then after apply layer of Allu mixture in the base of a pav and only One side apply it then put it on the Tawa and spread some butter on it and roast it but lightly. 
Then put it on a plate cut into plus from the top it means four pieces spread Some Sev, Pomegranate Chopped onion and fresh green coriander spread on it an properly. 


Surveying: You can served with Green Chutney, and ketchup. Your kuchhi dabeli is ready  


Tips on it : if you have extra pav then you can it it doesn't waste you can also use for another dish. But the allu mixture doesn't save in mixture.
