About Vada Pav

How to make Vada-stuffing ?
Ingriedents
- oil
- Asafoetida
- mustard seeds
- saunf
- Green chilly
- Garlic paste
- Boiled Potato
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Red chilly power
- Coriander leaves
- Gram Masala
- Fresh Green Coriander
Procedure ( Stuffing ) : Take a potatoes boiled and then after mashed it . heat 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil in a small pan then add mustard seeds, chopped green chilly, sauf and Asafoetida . after tempering of them add Boiled mashed potato in it. then after add salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, gram masala (little bit ), mix it well and add fresh coriander to garnish them . the super tasty potato stuffing of Vada-pav is to be ready.
How to make better of Vada pav ?
Ingreidents :
- Gram flour (Besan)
- salt
- turmeric powder
- Baking Soda
Procedure (Better ) : Take a gram flour (Besan) . add into the salt, turmeric, baking soda (Little-bit qty). make a better of it. it make sure do not better too thick and too thin. make it normally . the smooth better to be ready
