Ingredients
- boiled potato
- Papri
- Sweet chutney
- Green chutney
- Sour tamarind chutney
- Sev
- Yogurt
- Curd
- Chickpeas
- Salt
- Chaat masala
- Pomegranate
Step 1 Take a pressure cooker add water, salt, chickpeas and 5-6 potatoes. Just boil it. After boil it. Remove the skin of potato. Drain the water and set chickpeas aside. Take potato in another bowl cut into small pieces. keep it different-different in a different - different bowls.
Step 2 Take an yogurt at the normal temperature
Process: Take a papdi in a shallow bowl or plate. set it Top the papdis with boiled potatoes and boiled chickpeas. At this stage, you can also add some finely chopped onions and tomatoes.(Onions add a delicious crunch to the chaat papdi while tomatoes add a sweet tangy flavor). but its optional. Apply the chickpeas and potatoes at the top of the papdis spread it properly. Spread it green chutney, sweet chutney, and tamarind chutney to make it betetr taste and mouth watering.
