Papdi chaat is the popular North indian street food with variety of mouth- watering spices and flavour. Papri chaat boiled includes Potatoes, various types oof chutneys, sevs, Yogurt, Papri chickpeas, and garnish with fresh coriander surve this tasty dish immediately as a snack or evening snacks Papdi chaat is a popular traditional fast food and street food. it refers to several fast food dishes and snacks. Chaat is thick cream in texture. papdi chaat is available on local street food, in a reasonable and affordable price. There is many types papdi chaat like aalu papdi, papri, Bhalla Papri, Dahi papdi, Dahi papdi chaat, Papri chaat, Chaat papdi 



Ingredients

  • boiled potato
  • Papri
  • Sweet chutney 
  • Green chutney 
  • Sour tamarind chutney
  • Sev
  • Yogurt
  • Curd 
  • Chickpeas 
  • Salt
  • Chaat masala
  • Pomegranate 

 Step 1 Take a pressure cooker add water, salt, chickpeas and 5-6 potatoes. Just boil it. After boil it. Remove the skin of potato. Drain the water and set chickpeas aside. Take potato in another bowl cut into small pieces. keep it different-different in a different - different bowls. 

Step 2 Take an yogurt at the normal temperature 


Process: Take a papdi in a shallow bowl or plate. set it Top the papdis with boiled potatoes and boiled chickpeas. At this stage, you can also add some finely chopped onions and tomatoes.(Onions add a delicious crunch to the chaat papdi while tomatoes add a sweet tangy flavor). but its optional. Apply the chickpeas and potatoes at the top of the papdis spread it properly. Spread it green chutney, sweet chutney, and tamarind chutney to make it betetr taste and mouth watering. Sprinkle some pinch of chaat masala  and promegranate then after sprinkle the sev. garnish with the fresh coriander. Your 

Tip: feel free to add less or more of each chutney depending on your refer taste.
