There is many types of Chaats like Dahi puri, papdi chaat, dahi balle, jal muri, Pani puri, masala dahi puri, sev puri, Allu Tikki, Allu Tikki chaat, Sev puri, Delhi chaat, And raj Kachori Chaat, Bhel is the one of The best, tasty and famous. It is mostly Available on chaat, you can  buy nearly and easily at effort able price for everyone. It is very healthy for all any group of age.  Generally, its considered as healthy food. it eats mostly at evening but also eats at visit times, Shopping time, went to market etc. The Major quantity in bhel is Mamra which is also known as murmura. It is make from rice , It is very crispy and called crispy puffed rice. Mostly Haldirams bhelpuri and bombay bhelpuri is very  Famous.  Puri for sev puri is also easily available on the local store. 
                

Bhel puri Ingredients:
  • Mamra(Murmura)
  • Namkeen
  • Thick Sev
  • Thin Sev
  • Green chutney 
  • Red sweet Chutney
  • Sour Emli chutney 
  • Peanut 
  • Green chilly 
  • fresh Coriander 
  • Puri 
  • Lemon 
  • Chaat Masala 
  • Salt 
  • onion 
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber 
  • Boiled potato
  • oil

Procedure: Just take a murmura in any vessel. Do not put the vessel on gas stove. After then  add some namkeens, sevs, peanut (little bit), Chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, chopped green chilly, chopped fresh green coriander, little pinch of salt, chat masala, boiled potato cut into little pieces add it, some pieces of puris ,  5-6 drops of lemon juice, Some drops of oil  Mixed it well and again and again still 3-4 minutes. Your tasty bhel puri is to  ready to eat.  


Notes: You can use any murmura like fried or non fried. Sev easily available on local stores. 




Surveying and garnishing : You can garnish with chopped onion some sev sprinkling, cutted coriander and some chat masala.. you can surved  only bhel or a bhel with  puri
