chole bhature is a very popular food dish in the northern areas of sub continent. chole bhature is an often eaten eaten as a breakfast, Some times peoples also like to  eat in lunch and dinner because its very heavy to eat in breakfast so, Mostly people want to eat in lunch, brunch and dinner. Chole bhature or oily pooris. These are favorite items with in Indian Breakfast menus. Chole bhature easily available in the local store or a fast food store with reasonable price / Affordable price. Ingredients

Oil/ghee/butter
Onion
Tomato 
ginger
Garlic
Salt
Cumin seeds
Green chilli
Red chilli powder
Turmeric Powder
Fresh Green coriander 
Gram Masala
Chole Masala
Chole(Chickpeas)



How to make Chole 

Procedure:  Take a pressure put the water add the chole and salt  in water (it will make sure the chole completely Deep in the water) So the chole is boiled very well and completely. 10-15 minutes put on a gas. On another side We take deep pan on a add some oil/ghee/butter. Then after add some cumin seeds, chopped ginger-garlic paste, its turns into brown then after add chopped onion. Over all turns into brown in color and then we will add some tomatoes, salt, red chilly powder, gram masala and chole masala and wait till turns into tangy in flavor. Then after grind in hand grinder. It look likes a purey. Then we will again pan put on the gas. Then add the chole and mix well in the gravy And wait 4-5 minutes mix and mix it very well. After some time add some water in it and boil properly till 2-3 minutes. Then after Add some fresh green coriander and some chole masala for garnishing. Your Chole is ready 


How to make Bhature  

 Ingredients

Maida
Salt
oil
water


Procedure: Take any deep vessel put the maida in it. add some salt and oil in it. Make an smooth dough. Put the dough 10-15 minutes. Another side take deep pan out the oil in it. Till the bhature deep in it. The oil is very hot. Take An little piece of dough (Like chappati) And rolled it ( Not too much thin and thin) The bhature has medium layer. Then slowly the bhature deep in the oil. you can move the  bhatura slowly-slowly. Fried till the turns into light brown in color. when it turns into brown in color then put it any vessel or a tissue to remove more oil. Your bhature is ready


Surveying: Chole-bhature surved with onion, fried green chilli and sour pixel. You also eat with yogurt and buttermilk. People also eat with poori, rice and pav also
