How to make Quick Tomato Chutney:
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes
- Mustard seeds
- Salt
- Turmeric Powder
- Red chilly Powder
- Gram Masala
- Oil/Butter/Ghee
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Fresh Green coriander
Procedure: Take a Pan put the oil/butter/ghee in it. After hot it add some mustard seeds and Ginger Garlic Paste. Make it Brown in color and then add that chopped Tomatoes And Some salt According to the taste. Then After cover the Pan with any vessels for 4-5 Minutes. Then open it check it. The tomatoes Make it very Mashy and completely melt it. Add some spices like red chili, Turmeric powder, pinch of Gram Masala. Mix it well. It will be Make sure tomatoes should melt properly. If tomatoes are too sour then you will Add a pinch of Sugar. Now, you will add some Fresh Coriander to garnish them. So, the Quick tomato chutney and easy recipe is ready.
