Paneer butter masala, also known as butter panner is a rich and creamy curry made with paneer, spices, onions, tomatoes, cashews and made up of full buttery. the curry is baked in butter which imparts the characteristics buttery flavor into the dish. this is north Indian dish and also included in Punjabi food with addiction of Everest paneer masala of to make dish more tasty and delicious.

   How to make paneer butter masala recipe:

     Ingredients   

  • Paneer
  • Butter
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Green chilly
  • Cardamon 
  • Black pepper
  • Dry red chilly
  • Red chilly powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chat masala
  • Black salt 
  • Salt 
  • Green fresh coriander
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Cinamom
  • Cloves
  • Bay leaves
  • Kasuri Methi 
  • Cream

Gravy procedure: Take a simple pan add the butter after hot them then add cardamoms and chopped onion into the pan Saute them on medium flame still when it turns inti light pink color. then after ginger garlic paste it also turns into brown in color. then after add the chopped tomatoes, some Cashew nuts and salt , cover the pan and cook till the mushy .when the tomatoes and onion cooked well till the mushy. Add the Species like red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt according to the taste , little bit of gram masala and cooked for 2-3 minutes. then after take  a mixer grinder jar and then grind it. make puree of it  Then after again take a pan put some butter into the pan. after the hot pan put some ginger garlic paste, bay leaf, Cardamon, cloves and Cinnamon into the butter , Saute it well you or Until you begin to smell it good. it will be make sure this step will going on slow flame. it not should be raw. do burn the paste. add the tomato and onion puree in that paste. Now, also add some spices to make more tasty and mix well. covered the pan and cook well. when the gravy is to be prepared perfectly. the paneer butter masala gravy is ready. this is color you may get. open the cover and cooked until the  gravy is to be thick and taste test. add the salt if needed. then add the paneer pieces (cut like cube or square shape), add some the kasuri methi in it and mix well but lightly. Now, garnish with the cream(cream texture to be thick), Some pieces of cashews and fresh green coriander. now, your super tasty panner butter masala is ready for eat.

 SERVING: Panner butter masala served with tandoori butter roti, jeera rice, onion, masala Papad and butter milk. You can also served with normal plain chappati, butter naan, parathas and  plain rice
