Pav Bhaji is a fast dish from Mumbai (Bombay), India , consisting of a vegetable curry (bhaji) cooked in tomato gravy and served with a soft bread roll (pav).While Bhaji is a traditional Indian name for a vegetable dish, the Pav or Pao was the Portuguese word for bread, which was introduced by them during their brief presence in Mumbai around the mid-1500s.Pav bhaji is made up of many types of veggies. It is very healthy for our health. Honest pav bhaji also too tasty in taste. Everest pav bhaji masala make every tasty. cheesy pav bhaji is also good in taste. kaka ni bhaji pav is too famous and also delicious  It is too tasty, delicious, spicy, and full of Mouth-watering. It is also known as pav bhaji. Pav bhaji is good for taste and also our healthy . it's a very famous indian food and also street food                                                                                                      

How to make quick and easy Pav  bhaji:
       Ingredients 
  • Potatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • Peas
  • cauliflower
  • Green chilli 
  • Cabbage
  • Garlic
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Ginger  
  • Green fresh Coriander 
  •  Onion
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • turmeric powder
  • Dry coriander 
  • Pav bhaji Masala 
  • Gram Masala 
  • Butter /oil                                                  

    Procedure: Take Potatoes, tomatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, and capsicum Boil it well . the peas boil to be Separatly. We will mash  the boiled vegetables but not we mash the peas. put it separately. Now, take a deep pan for making and put into the oil/Butter.  after the hot oil add the garlic and Ginger paste and turns into brown in Color. Then after add the chopped onion and turns into light brown in Color. Then,  after add the chopped Tomatoes and after then add the salt, red chilly powder, Turmeric Powder, Some gram masala (little bit). Wait till the melt and mix well. Then after Add the Mashed vegetables but not add the peas. Add some Pav Bhaji masala to make more tasty. Mix it well and properly also. Wait 2-3 Minutes to cook properly. Add the Boiled peas in the bhaji to make more healthy. Mix it lightly. Add the Fresh green coriander and Garnish it. 
  
Procedure (Pav) : Take a readymade pav. Take a pan put the oil/Butter on it. Take a One table-spoon bhaji put The pav on the bhaji . This is called Masala Pav. 

Surveying: Pav bhaji with Masala Pav , Bhaji , A little piece of butter , Onion and chopped onion
