Introduction: The south Indian food is very famous and popular to all our India but specially in, Chennai, Madras, Telangana, Tamil Naidu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala. it's very famous and popularity of the Southern states. There are many types of south Indian food but the most south Indian famous dishes dosa, Idly, vada, Uthappam, Sambhar and coconut chutney etc. are all very subtle flavored. this special dish is very tasty, delicious, and also mouthwatering. This varieties also available in dosa point. dosa world, Dosa club, dosa street, dosa street foods, anna ka dosa and Dosa Wala. 
Now, I will tell you about Masala Dosa which is very special dish of southern states.
I will give you the recipe of the delicious dish.

The Masala Dosa Recipe 

How to make the better of Masala Dosa 

Ingredients:
  • Urad bean (Urad Dal) (Half of the rice's Quantity) 
  • Rice
  • Salt to taste 

Procedure:  Take a non-stick pan for making the Take a urad bean (urad dal) and rice soaked for 10 to 12 hours. then after 7-8 hours mix it well and grind it, make it smooth better. after the grind put the better 3-4 hours for the sour. Add the salt in it thus, the better of Masala   apply the oil on the pan. take the small amount of dosa's better and then apply on pan. try the layer of dosa is so thin and apply some drops of oil. and then put the filling of potato in the dosa. Thus, the dosa is ready. 

How to make the filling of Masala dosa: 

Ingredients:

  • Potato
  • Onion
  • Green chilly
  • Green coriander
  • Lattin seeds 
  • Salt (According to the Taste)
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red chili powder 
  • Garam masala 
  • Mustard seed

Procedure: Take a pan and put the oil in it. add some mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili and cumin seeds and temper it. add the chopped onion in it. the onion turns into pinkish color. then after adding boiled mashed potatoes. add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and then mix well. add some copped green coriander in it to garnish them. thus, the tasty filling of masala dosa is to be ready.

How to make sambhar:

Ingredients

 

  • Mustard seeds 
  • Curry leaves 
  • Tomatoes
  • Drumsticks
  • Onion
  • Tamarind
  • Tuver dal 
  • Green chilly
  • Fresh Green coriander
  • salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • red chili powder
  • turmeric powder
  • sambhar masala   

 Procedure: For making the sambhar recipe heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add the mustard seeds, green chili, and Curry leaves is the must ingredients for tempering the sambhar. sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.  add the tomatoes. they provide a beautiful color and taste to the south Indian sambhar. mix well and cooked on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. add the drumsticks, onion and potatoes. add the tamarind the pulp to sour them. Add the boiled mashed dal and some water to desire consistency. then after adding the salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, gram masala (small bit), Special Sambhar masala. Boiled well the sambhar to make tastier and last one is Fresh green coriander to garnish the sambhar. So, the Super Special Delicious and tasty sambhar is to be ready. 


  
How to make simple and easy coconut chutney 
 
Ingredients :
  • Fresh coconut 
  • Ginger 
  • Garlic
  • Green chillies
  • Tamarind
  • oil
  • Curry leaves 
  • Urad dal 
  • Salt
  • Mustard seeds
  • Roasted chana dal 

 Procedure: Take a fresh coconut, urad dal, garlic, green chili, Tamarind, ginger and then put the grind jar and grind it. Make sure to make a smooth paste.  Tempering: take a small pan and put the oil in it, after the hot oil add the mustard oil, dry red chili, Roasted chana dal and green chili, turns into brown in color. the temper it perfectly. The Spread temper around the chutney and mix well. So, the coconut chutney is ready.
